BYC Invest & Co SPRL (BICS) is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Personal Assistant with impeccable organization skills to support one of our Senior Executives.

As a senior executive of BICS, business owner, investor, and mother, this philanthropist has a busy schedule and juggles many different projects and priorities. This newly created position would be assisting her in a variety of in ways, such as:

  • Personal support, such as running errands,
  • Scheduling, coordinating calendars, and making travel arrangements (domestically and internationally),
  • Budget tracking and expense reporting,
  • Organize, prepare for, and/or attend meetings and presentations,
  • Project Management, and
  • Event planning.

A year of recent experience in an administrative support or personal assistant position are required. A background and understanding of project management and managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment are also essential.

A job offer is contingent on proof of a health insurance, pre-employment drug testing, a criminal background check, and references check.

This is a full-time position that necessitates some on-call, evening, and weekend availability, as well as 30-40% domestic, mostly local, travel. Depending on the Senior Executive’s needs, some work can be done remotely, other projects will require working at the Senior Executive’s home, co-working space, or other locations.

We offer a very generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance (including AD&D, short-term and long-term disability), a 401(k) program with company match, and an employee assistance program. This position comes with PTO and paid holidays.

The annual salary range is €54,000 – €72,000, depending on qualifications and skills.

BYC Invest & Co SPRL is currently hiring for full time Warehouse Support Specialist for first shift. Ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, a stable job history, well developed basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a busy warehouse environment.

We are a team oriented company that believes that people are our greatest asset. We are growing and want you to join our team. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a drug screen and I-9 verification.

Hours:
1st. Shift 7am-3:30pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure GMPs are followed as required, report discrepancies to supervisor.
Responsible for the efficient flow of product; this may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc.
Responsible for performing a combination of manual and automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product.
Perform general sanitation duties in the warehouse

Required Skills
Experienced in food shipping and receiving
Experienced in operating forklift and pallet jack
Must have a steady employment history
Must be able to work in a fast paced, cold environment and lift approximately 40-50 lbs.

Day in the life:

  • Handle routine client requests via phone and email including enrollment, eligibility, claims review, reporting requests and other general inquiries
  • Collaborate between internal departments to ensure proper handoffs are made for research issues, as well as follow up to bring to completion
  • Utilizes various internal systems to manage client requests
  • Special projects and tasks, as needed
  • Other duties, as assigned

What you need to be successful:

  • At least a year as a Customer Service Representative or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, follow-through and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Adapt to change and can learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency
  • Must exhibit flexibility to work various shifts/overtime when needed
  • Tracking and trending of incoming issues
  • Ability to write procedural documentation based on recurring issues
